यच्च‍ापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन ।
न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम् ॥ ३९ ॥

mayā bhūtaṁ carācaram

Translation

Tradução

Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being – moving or nonmoving – that can exist without Me.

Ademais, ó Arjuna, sou a semente geradora de todas as existências. Não existe ser algum — móvel ou imóvel — que possa existir sem Mim.

Purport

Comentário

Everything has a cause, and that cause or seed of manifestation is Kṛṣṇa. Without Kṛṣṇa’s energy, nothing can exist; therefore He is called omnipotent. Without His potency, neither the movable nor the immovable can exist. Whatever existence is not founded on the energy of Kṛṣṇa is called māyā, “that which is not.”

Tudo tem uma causa, e a causa ou a semente da manifestação é Kṛṣṇa. Sem a energia de Kṛṣṇa, nada pode existir; por isso, Ele é chamado onipotente. Sem Sua potência, nem o móvel nem o imóvel podem existir. Qualquer existência que não se baseie na energia de Kṛṣṇa chama-se māyā, “aquilo que não é”.
