यच्च‍ापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन ।
न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम् ॥ ३९ ॥

yac cāpi sarva-bhūtānāṁ
bījaṁ tad aham arjuna
na tad asti vinā yat syān
mayā bhūtaṁ carācaram
얏짜삐 사르바-부따남 yac cāpi sarva-bhūtānāṁ
비잠 따다함 아르주나 bījaṁ tad aham arjuna
나 따다스띠 비나 얏 시안 na tad asti vinā yat syān
마야 부땀 짜라짜람 mayā bhūtaṁ carācaram

Translation

번역

Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being – moving or nonmoving – that can exist without Me.

오 아르주나, 또한 나는 모든 존재를 생겨나게 하는 씨앗이니라. 움직이는 존재든 움직이지 않는 존재든 나 없이 존재할 수 있는 것은 없다.

Purport

주석

Everything has a cause, and that cause or seed of manifestation is Kṛṣṇa. Without Kṛṣṇa’s energy, nothing can exist; therefore He is called omnipotent. Without His potency, neither the movable nor the immovable can exist. Whatever existence is not founded on the energy of Kṛṣṇa is called māyā, “that which is not.”

모든 것에는 원인이 있고, 발현의 원인과 씨앗은 끄리쉬나다. 끄리쉬나의 에너지 없이 아무것도 존재할 수 없다. 그러므로 끄리쉬나를 전능하다고 한다. 당신의 힘 없이는 움직이는 것도 움직이지 않는 것도 존재할 수 없다. 끄리쉬나의 에너지에서 찾을 수 없는 어떠한 존재라도 마야, 즉 “아닌 것”이라고 한다.
