gṛhīta-cetāḥ kṛpaṇaḥ
patiṣye narake dhruvam

Translation

Kaśyapa Muni pensou: Ai de mim, tornei-me, então, muito apegado ao gozo material. Em consequência disso, minha mente se sentiu­ atraída pela energia ilusória que emana da Suprema Personalidade de Deus e que se apresentou sob a forma de uma mulher [minha esposa]. Portanto, decerto sou uma pessoa vil que deslizará rumo ao inferno.

Kaśyapa Muni thought: Alas, I have now become too attached to material enjoyment. Taking advantage of this, my mind has been attracted by the illusory energy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead in the form of a woman [my wife]. Therefore I am surely a wretched person who will glide down toward hell.
