права̄ла-стабака̄либхих̣
гопа-друма-лата̄-джа̄лаис
татра̄сӣт кусума̄карах̣

gopa-druma-latā-jālais

Translation

Так в ашрам Маркандеи пришла весна. Вечернее небо, озаренное светом восходящей луны, стало лицом этой весны, а деревья и лианы покрылись молодыми побегами и цветами.

Springtime then appeared in Mārkaṇḍeya’s āśrama. Indeed, the evening sky, glowing with the light of the rising moon, became the very face of spring, and sprouts and fresh blossoms virtually covered the multitude of trees and creepers.
