Translation
Portanto, que se dê início a um sacrifício para o prazer das vacas, dos brāhmaṇas e da colina Govardhana! Com toda a parafernália reunida para adorar Indra, que se faça em seu lugar este sacrifício.
Therefore may a sacrifice for the pleasure of the cows, the brāhmaṇas and Govardhana Hill begin! With all the paraphernalia collected for worshiping Indra, let this sacrifice be performed instead.

SIGNIFICADO—O Senhor Kṛṣṇa é famoso como go-brāhmaṇa-hita, o amigo benquerente das vacas e dos brāhmaṇas. O Senhor Kṛṣṇa incluiu especificamente os brāhmaṇas locais em Sua proposta porque Ele é sempre devotado àqueles que se dedicam à piedosa cultura védica.
Lord Kṛṣṇa is famous as go-brāhmaṇa-hita, the well-wishing friend of the cows and the brāhmaṇas. Lord Kṛṣṇa specifically included the local brāhmaṇas in His proposal because He is always devoted to those who are devoted to the godly Vedic culture.
