īśvarera śaktye tabe haye ta’ nirmāṇe

Translation

El Señor transmite a los ingredientes materiales Su propia potencia creativa. Entonces, por el poder del Señor, tiene lugar la creación.

The Lord infuses the material ingredients with His own creative potency. Then, by the power of the Lord, creation takes place.
