Translation
Meu Senhor, sois o conhecimento supremo personificado. Conheceis tudo sobre esta criação e seu começo, manutenção e aniquilação, e conheceis todas as atividades empreendidas pelas entidades vivas, mediante as quais elas ou se enredam neste mundo material ou se libertam dele. Assim como o ar entra no vasto firmamento e em todos os corpos de todas as entidades móveis e inertes, Vós estais presente em toda parte e, portanto, sois o conhecedor de tudo.
My Lord, You are the supreme knowledge personified. You know everything about this creation and its beginning, maintenance and annihilation, and You know all the endeavors made by the living entities, by which they are either implicated in this material world or liberated from it. As the air enters the vast sky and also enters the bodies of all moving and nonmoving entities, You are present everywhere, and therefore You are the knower of all.

SIGNIFICADO—Como se afirma na Brahma-saṁhitā:
As stated in the Brahma-saṁhitā:
yac-chaktir asti jagad-aṇḍa-cayā yad-antaḥ
aṇḍāntara-stha-paramāṇu-cayāntara-sthaṁ
govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
yac-chaktir asti jagad-aṇḍa-cayā yad-antaḥ
aṇḍāntara-stha-paramāṇu-cayāntara-sthaṁ
govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
“Adoro Govinda, a Personalidade de Deus, que, mediante uma de Suas porções plenárias, adentra-Se na existência de todo o universo e de toda partícula atômica e com isto manifesta ilimitadamente através da criação material Sua energia infinita.” (Brahma-saṁhitā 5.35)
“I worship the Personality of Godhead, Govinda, who by one of His plenary portions enters the existence of every universe and every atomic particle and thus manifests His infinite energy unlimitedly throughout the material creation.” (Brahma-saṁhitā 5.35)

“Adoro Govinda, o Senhor primordial, que, em Seu próprio domínio, Goloka, reside com Rādhā, a qual, assemelhando-Se à própria figura espiritual do Senhor, corporifica a potência extática [hlādinī]. “I worship Govinda, the primeval Lord, who resides in His own realm, Goloka, with Rādhā, who resembles His own spiritual figure and who embodies the ecstatic potency [hlādinī]. Their companions are Her confidantes, who embody extensions of Her bodily form and who are imbued and permeated with ever-blissful spiritual rasa.” (Brahma-saṁhitā 5.37)
Embora esteja sempre presente em Sua morada (goloka eva nivasati), Govinda também está presente em toda parte. Nada Lhe é desconhecido, e nada pode ficar escondido dEle. Na analogia aqui formulada, compara-se o Senhor ao ar, que é diferente de tudo embora esteja no vasto firmamento e dentro de todos os corpos.
Although Govinda is always present in His abode (goloka eva nivasati), He is simultaneously present everywhere. Nothing is unknown to Him, and nothing can be hidden from Him. The example given here compares the Lord to the air, which is within the vast sky and within every body but still is different from everything.
