अथ ते भ्रातृपुत्राणां पक्षयो: पतितान्नृपान् ।
चचाल भू: कुरुक्षेत्रं येषामापततां बलै: ॥ १२ ॥

pakṣayoḥ patitān nṛpān
cacāla bhūḥ kurukṣetraṁ
yeṣām āpatatāṁ balaiḥ

Translation

Tradução

Then, O Vidura, the Lord caused all the kings, both the enemies and those on the side of your fighting nephews, to be killed in the Battle of Kurukṣetra. All those kings were so great and strong that the earth seemed to shake as they traversed the warfield.

Então, ό Vidura, ο Senhor fez com que todos os reis, tanto os inimigos quanto os do lado de teus sobrinhos guerreiros, fossem mortos na Batalha de Kurukṣetra. Todos esses reis eram tão soberbos e fortes que a terra parecia tremer quando eles pisavam ο campo de batalha.
