Taking note of their wives’ pure, transcendental devotion for Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and seeing their own lack of devotion, the brāhmaṇas felt most sorrowful and began to condemn themselves.

Atentando para a transcendental devoção pura de suas esposas pelo Senhor Kṛṣṇa, a Suprema Personalidade de Deus, e vendo sua própria falta de devoção, os brāhmaṇas sentiram muito arrependimento e passaram a se condenar.
