The Opulence of the Absolute

TEXT 1:
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Listen again, O mighty-armed Arjuna. Because you are My dear friend, for your benefit I shall speak to you further, giving knowledge that is better than what I have already explained.
TEXT 1:
Aukščiausiasis Dievo Asmuo tarė: Vėl klausyk, o tvirtaranki Arjuna. Esi Mano brangus draugas, todėl toliau kalbėsiu tavo labui ir suteiksiu tau žinias, dar vertingesnes, negu lig šiolei bylojau.
TEXT 2:
Neither the hosts of demigods nor the great sages know My origin or opulences, for, in every respect, I am the source of the demigods and sages.
TEXT 2:
Nei pusdievių pulkai, nei didieji išminčiai nežino Mano kilmės, turtų ir galybės, nes kad ir kaip žvelgsi, Aš esu pusdievių ir išminčių pradžia.
TEXT 3:
He who knows Me as the unborn, as the beginningless, as the Supreme Lord of all the worlds – he only, undeluded among men, is freed from all sins.
TEXT 3:
Kas žino Mane kaip negimusį, bepradį, Aukščiausiąjį visų pasaulių Viešpatį, tas vienintelis iš žmonių yra nepaklydęs ir išsivaduoja iš visų nuodėmių.
TEXTS 4-5:
Intelligence, knowledge, freedom from doubt and delusion, forgiveness, truthfulness, control of the senses, control of the mind, happiness and distress, birth, death, fear, fearlessness, nonviolence, equanimity, satisfaction, austerity, charity, fame and infamy – all these various qualities of living beings are created by Me alone.
TEXTS 4-5:
Intelektą, žinojimą, abejonių ir iliuzijos nebuvimą, atlaidumą, teisingumą, juslių ir proto valdymą, laimę ir kančią, gimimą ir mirtį, baimę ir bebaimiškumą, prievartos atsisakymą, pusiausvyrą, pasitenkinimą, asketiškumą, labdaringumą, šlovę ir nešlovę – visas tas įvairiausias gyvųjų būtybių savybes sukūriau Aš vienas.
TEXT 6:
The seven great sages and before them the four other great sages and the Manus [progenitors of mankind] come from Me, born from My mind, and all the living beings populating the various planets descend from them.
TEXT 6:
Septynetas didžiųjų išminčių ir dar keturi didieji išminčiai prieš juos bei Manu [žmonijos protėviai] gimė iš Manęs, juos sukūrė Mano protas, o iš jų kilo gyvosios būtybės, gyvenančios įvairiose planetose.
TEXT 7:
One who is factually convinced of this opulence and mystic power of Mine engages in unalloyed devotional service; of this there is no doubt.
TEXT 7:
Kas iš tiesų žino Mano turtus ir mistinę galią, tas atsideda tyrai pasiaukojimo tarnystei – tuo nereikia abejoti.
TEXT 8:
I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who perfectly know this engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts.
TEXT 8:
Aš – visų dvasinių ir materialių pasaulių pradžia. Viskas kyla iš Manęs. Išmintingieji, kurie gerai tai supranta, pasiaukojamai Man tarnauja ir garbina Mane iš visos širdies.
TEXT 9:
The thoughts of My pure devotees dwell in Me, their lives are fully devoted to My service, and they derive great satisfaction and bliss from always enlightening one another and conversing about Me.
TEXT 9:
Mano tyri bhaktai mintimis pasinėrę į Mane, visas jų gyvenimas paskirtas tarnauti Man, jie patiria didžiulį pasitenkinimą ir palaimą, nuolat šviesdami vienas kitą ir kalbėdami apie Mane.
TEXT 10:
To those who are constantly devoted to serving Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me.
TEXT 10:
Tiems, kurie su pasiaukojimu ir meile visada Man tarnauja, Aš suteikiu supratimą, kuris atveda juos pas Mane.
TEXT 11:
To show them special mercy, I, dwelling in their hearts, destroy with the shining lamp of knowledge the darkness born of ignorance.
TEXT 11:
Norėdamas suteikti jiems ypatingą malonę, Aš, glūdėdamas jų širdyse, švytinčiu žinių žibintu išsklaidau iš neišmanymo kylančią tamsybę.
TEXTS 12-13:
Arjuna said: You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth. You are the eternal, transcendental, original person, the unborn, the greatest. All the great sages such as Nārada, Asita, Devala and Vyāsa confirm this truth about You, and now You Yourself are declaring it to me.
TEXTS 12-13:
Arjuna tarė: Tu esi Aukščiausiasis Dievo Asmuo, galutinė buveinė, skaisčiausias, Absoliuti Tiesa. Tu – amžina, transcendentinė, pirminė asmenybė, negimęs, didžiausias. Visi didieji išminčiai, tarp jų – Nārada, Asita, Devala ir Vyāsa, patvirtina šią tiesą apie Tave, o dabar ir Tu Pats ją man skelbi.
TEXT 14:
O Kṛṣṇa, I totally accept as truth all that You have told me. Neither the demigods nor the demons, O Lord, can understand Your personality.
TEXT 14:
O Kṛṣṇa, viską, ką Tu bylojai, aš laikau gryniausia tiesa. Nei pusdieviai, nei demonai, o Viešpatie, negali perprasti Tavo asmenybės.
TEXT 15:
Indeed, You alone know Yourself by Your own internal potency, O Supreme Person, origin of all, Lord of all beings, God of gods, Lord of the universe!
TEXT 15:
Iš tiesų, tik Tu vienas per Savo vidinę galią pažįsti Save, o Aukščiausioji Asmenybe, visa ko šaltini, visų būtybių Valdove, dievų Dieve, visatos Viešpatie!
TEXT 16:
Please tell me in detail of Your divine opulences by which You pervade all these worlds.
TEXT 16:
Prašau, papasakok man smulkiai apie Savo dieviškąsias vertenybes, kuriomis Tu persmelki visus šiuos pasaulius.
TEXT 17:
O Kṛṣṇa, O supreme mystic, how shall I constantly think of You, and how shall I know You? In what various forms are You to be remembered, O Supreme Personality of Godhead?
TEXT 17:
O Kṛṣṇa, o aukščiausias mistike, kaip man nuolatos mąstyti apie Tave ir kaip pažinti Tave? Kuriais iš gausybės Tavo pavidalų atsiminti Tave, o Aukščiausioji Dievo Asmenybe?
TEXT 18:
O Janārdana, again please describe in detail the mystic power of Your opulences. I am never satiated in hearing about You, for the more I hear the more I want to taste the nectar of Your words.
TEXT 18:
O Janārdana, dar kartą išsamiai papasakok apie Savo vertenybes ir jų mistinę galią. Man nepabosta klausytis apie Tave, nes kuo daugiau išgirstu, tuo labiau trokštu Tavo žodžių nektaro.
TEXT 19:
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Yes, I will tell you of My splendorous manifestations, but only of those which are prominent, O Arjuna, for My opulence is limitless.
TEXT 19:
Aukščiausiasis Dievo Asmuo tarė: Gerai, Arjuna, Aš papasakosiu tau apie nuostabias Savo apraiškas, tačiau paminėsiu tik svarbiausias, nes Mano turtingumas bekraštis.
TEXT 20:
I am the Supersoul, O Arjuna, seated in the hearts of all living entities. I am the beginning, the middle and the end of all beings.
TEXT 20:
O Arjuna, Aš – Supersiela, glūdinti visų gyvųjų esybių širdyse. Aš – visų būtybių pradžia, vidurys ir pabaiga.
TEXT 21:
Of the Ādityas I am Viṣṇu, of lights I am the radiant sun, of the Maruts I am Marīci, and among the stars I am the moon.
TEXT 21:
Iš Ādityų esu Viṣṇu, iš šviesulių – spindulingoji Saulė, iš Marutų Aš – Marīcis, o iš žvaigždžių esu Mėnulis.
TEXT 22:
Of the Vedas I am the Sāma Veda; of the demigods I am Indra, the king of heaven; of the senses I am the mind; and in living beings I am the living force [consciousness].
TEXT 22:
Iš Vedų Aš – Sāma Veda, iš pusdievių Aš – Indra, dangaus valdovas, iš juslių Aš – protas. Aš – gyvųjų būtybių gyvybės jėga [sąmonė].
TEXT 23:
Of all the Rudras I am Lord Śiva, of the Yakṣas and Rākṣasas I am the Lord of wealth [Kuvera], of the Vasus I am fire [Agni], and of mountains I am Meru.
TEXT 23:
Iš Rudrų Aš – Viešpats Śiva, iš Yakṣų ir Rākṣasų – lobių valdovas [Kuvera], iš Vasų Aš – ugnis [Agnis], iš kalnų – Meru.
TEXT 24:
Of priests, O Arjuna, know Me to be the chief, Bṛhaspati. Of generals I am Kārttikeya, and of bodies of water I am the ocean.
TEXT 24:
O Arjuna, žinok, kad iš šventikų Aš esu vyriausias, Bṛhaspatis, iš karvedžių Aš – Kārtikeya, o iš vandens telkinių Aš – vandenynas.
TEXT 25:
Of the great sages I am Bhṛgu; of vibrations I am the transcendental oṁ. Of sacrifices I am the chanting of the holy names [japa], and of immovable things I am the Himālayas.
TEXT 25:
Iš didžių išminčių Aš – Bhṛgu, iš garso virpesių – transcendentinis oṁ. Iš aukų atnašavimų Aš – šventųjų vardų kartojimas [japa], o iš nejudamų kūnų – Himālayai.
TEXT 26:
Of all trees I am the banyan tree, and of the sages among the demigods I am Nārada. Of the Gandharvas I am Citraratha, and among perfected beings I am the sage Kapila.
TEXT 26:
Iš medžių Aš – banjanas, iš išminčių tarp pusdievių – Nārada. Iš Gandharvų esu Citraratha ir iš tobulybę pasiekusių būtybių Aš – išminčius Kapila.
TEXT 27:
Of horses know Me to be Uccaiḥśravā, produced during the churning of the ocean for nectar. Of lordly elephants I am Airāvata, and among men I am the monarch.
TEXT 27:
Žinok, kad iš žirgų Aš esu Uccaiḥśravā, kuris išniro iš vandenyno, kai tas buvo plakamas, siekiant gauti nektarą. Iš kilmingųjų dramblių Aš – Airāvata, o iš žmonių Aš – karalius.
TEXT 28:
Of weapons I am the thunderbolt; among cows I am the surabhi. Of causes for procreation I am Kandarpa, the god of love, and of serpents I am Vāsuki.
TEXT 28:
Iš ginklų Aš – žaibas, tarp karvių – surabhi, iš giminės pratęsimo priežasčių Aš – Kandarpa, meilės dievas, o iš gyvačių – Vāsukis.
TEXT 29:
Of the many-hooded Nāgas I am Ananta, and among the aquatics I am the demigod Varuṇa. Of departed ancestors I am Aryamā, and among the dispensers of law I am Yama, the lord of death.
TEXT 29:
Iš daugiagalvių Nāgų Aš – Ananta, iš vandenų gyventojų Aš – pusdievis Varuṇa. Iš išėjusių protėvių Aš – Aryamā, o iš teisingumo valdytojų esu Yama, mirties dievas.
TEXT 30:
Among the Daitya demons I am the devoted Prahlāda, among subduers I am time, among beasts I am the lion, and among birds I am Garuḍa.
TEXT 30:
Iš demonų Daityų Aš – dievotasis Prahlāda, iš naikinančių jėgų Aš – laikas, iš žvėrių esu liūtas, o iš paukščių Aš – Garuḍa.
TEXT 31:
Of purifiers I am the wind, of the wielders of weapons I am Rāma, of fishes I am the shark, and of flowing rivers I am the Ganges.
TEXT 31:
Iš valančių jėgų Aš – vėjas, iš valdančių ginklą Aš – Rāma, iš žuvų esu ryklys, o iš tekančių upių – Ganga.
TEXT 32:
Of all creations I am the beginning and the end and also the middle, O Arjuna. Of all sciences I am the spiritual science of the self, and among logicians I am the conclusive truth.
TEXT 32:
Aš – visų kūrinių pradžia, pabaiga ir vidurys, o Arjuna. Iš mokslų Aš – dvasinis mokslas apie savąjį „aš“, iš logikos Aš – galutinė tiesa.
TEXT 33:
Of letters I am the letter A, and among compound words I am the dual compound. I am also inexhaustible time, and of creators I am Brahmā.
TEXT 33:
Iš raidžių Aš – raidė „A“, o iš sudėtinių žodžių Aš – dvinaris. Aš esu nesibaigiantis laikas, o iš kūrėjų Aš – Brahmā.
TEXT 34:
I am all-devouring death, and I am the generating principle of all that is yet to be. Among women I am fame, fortune, fine speech, memory, intelligence, steadfastness and patience.
TEXT 34:
Aš – viską ryjanti mirtis, bet Aš ir kuriantis pradas viso to, kas bus. Iš moterų Aš – šlovė, sėkmė, grakšti kalba, atmintis, išmintis, pastovumas bei kantrybė.
TEXT 35:
Of the hymns in the Sāma Veda I am the Bṛhat-sāma, and of poetry I am the Gāyatrī. Of months I am Mārgaśīrṣa [November-December], and of seasons I am flower-bearing spring.
TEXT 35:
Iš Sāma Vedos himnų Aš – Bṛhat-sāma, iš poezijos posmų – Gāyatrī. Iš mėnesių Aš – Mārgaśīrṣa [lapkritis-gruodis], o iš metų laikų Aš – žydintis pavasaris.
TEXT 36:
I am also the gambling of cheats, and of the splendid I am the splendor. I am victory, I am adventure, and I am the strength of the strong.
TEXT 36:
Iš suktybių Aš – azartinis lošimas, Aš – spindesys to, kas spindi, Aš – pergalė, Aš – nuotykis ir stipruolio jėga.
TEXT 37:
Of the descendants of Vṛṣṇi I am Vāsudeva, and of the Pāṇḍavas I am Arjuna. Of the sages I am Vyāsa, and among great thinkers I am Uśanā.
TEXT 37:
Iš Vṛṣṇio ainių esu Vāsudeva, iš Pāṇḍavų – Arjuna. Iš išminčių Aš – Vyāsa, o iš didžių mąstytojų Aš – Uśanā.
TEXT 38:
Among all means of suppressing lawlessness I am punishment, and of those who seek victory I am morality. Of secret things I am silence, and of the wise I am the wisdom.
TEXT 38:
Iš savivalės numalšinimo priemonių Aš – bausmė, o iš siekiančių pergalės Aš – dorovė. Iš paslapčių Aš – tyla, iš išminčių Aš – išmintis.
TEXT 39:
Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being – moving or nonmoving – that can exist without Me.
TEXT 39:
Maža to, o Arjuna, Aš – sėkla, pradedanti visas būtybes. Nė viena būtybė – judanti ar nejudanti – negali gyvuoti be Manęs.
TEXT 40:
O mighty conqueror of enemies, there is no end to My divine manifestations. What I have spoken to you is but a mere indication of My infinite opulences.
TEXT 40:
O galingasis priešų nugalėtojau, Mano dieviškoms apraiškoms nėra nei galo, nei krašto. Tos, apie kurias tau kalbėjau – tik maža begalinių Mano turtų ir galybės dalis.
TEXT 41:
Know that all opulent, beautiful and glorious creations spring from but a spark of My splendor.
TEXT 41:
Žinok, jog visi turtingi, puikūs ir šlovingi kūriniai kyla iš vienui vienos Mano didybės kibirkštėlės.
TEXT 42:
But what need is there, Arjuna, for all this detailed knowledge? With a single fragment of Myself I pervade and support this entire universe.
TEXT 42:
Tačiau ar būtina, Arjuna, taip nuodugniai viską žinoti? Juk viena mažyte dalele Savęs Aš persmelkiu ir palaikau visą šią visatą.
