Tradução

Atri Muni was greatly pleased to see that the three devas were gracious towards him. His eyes were dazzled by the effulgence of their bodies, and therefore he closed his eyes for the time being.

Atri Muni ficou muito satisfeito ao ver que os três devas foram bondosos com ele. Seus olhos ficaram ofuscados pela refulgência dos corpos deles, de maneira que ele os fechou por alguns momentos.

Comentário

Since the deities were smiling, he could understand that they were pleased with him. Their glaring bodily effulgence was intolerable to his eyes, so he closed them for the time being.

SIGNIFICADO—Uma vez que as Deidades estavam sorrindo, ele pôde compreender que elas estavam satisfeitas com ele. Como a refulgência deslumbrante do corpo delas era intolerável para seus olhos, ele os fechou por alguns momentos.
