“ফলেন ফলকারণমনুমীয়তে ॥ ৯১ ॥
phalena phala-kāraṇam anumīyate

Synonyms

phalena — by the result; phala-kāraṇam — the origin of the result; anumīyate — one can guess.

Translation

“ ‘By seeing a result, one can understand the cause of that result.’
