sāvajñam utsṛjya dhanuḥ-śatāntare
yathoragaṁ tārkṣya-suto vyavasthitaḥ

Translation

Tradução

But the transcendental Lord dodged Keśī’s blow and then with His arms angrily seized the demon by the legs, whirled him around in the air and contemptuously threw him the distance of one hundred bow-lengths, just as Garuḍa might throw a snake. Lord Kṛṣṇa then stood there.

Mas o transcendental Senhor esquivou-Se do golpe de Keśī e, em seguida, agarrou iradamente com os braços o demônio pelas patas, girou-o no ar e, com desprezo, arrojou-o à distância de cem arcos, assim como Garuḍa arremessaria uma serpente. O Senhor Kṛṣṇa, então, ficou ali de pé.
