ataeva hao tumi mūla nārāyaṇa

Translation

“Since You protect those who are the shelters of all living beings, You are the original Nārāyaṇa.

“Como protegeis aqueles que são os refúgios de todos os seres vivos, Vós sois o Nārāyaṇa original.”

Purport

Comentário

The controlling Deities of the living beings in the mundane worlds are the three puruṣa-avatāras. But the potent energy displayed by Śrī Kṛṣṇa is far more extensive than that of the puruṣas. Śrī Kṛṣṇa is therefore the original father and Lord who protects all creative manifestations through His various plenary portions. Since He sustains even the shelters of the collective living beings, there is no doubt that Śrī Kṛṣṇa is the original Nārāyaṇa.

SIGNIFICADO—As Deidades controladoras dos seres vivos nos mundos mortais são os três puruṣa-avatāras. Mas a potência energética demonstrada por Śrī Kṛṣṇa é muito mais extensa do que a dos puruṣas. Portanto, Śrī Kṛṣṇa é o pai original e Senhor que protege todas as manifestações criadoras por meio de Suas diversas porções plenárias. Visto que Śrī Kṛṣṇa sustenta inclusive os refúgios do conjunto de seres vivos, não há dúvida de que Ele é o Nārāyaṇa original.
