Najdôvernejšie poznanie

The Most Confidential Knowledge

VERŠ 1:
Vznešený riekol: „Môj milý Arjuna, pretože Mi nikdy nezávidíš, vyjavím ti najdôvernejšiu múdrosť a poznanie. Až sa ju dozvieš, oslobodíš sa od strastí hmotného bytia.
TEXT 1:
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: My dear Arjuna, because you are never envious of Me, I shall impart to you this most confidential knowledge and realization, knowing which you shall be relieved of the miseries of material existence.
VERŠ 2:
Táto múdrosť je kráľovské poznanie a najdôvernejšie tajomstvo. Je to najčistejšia múdrosť, a keďže umožňuje realizáciu vlastného ja, je dokonalosťou náboženstva. Vykonáva sa s radostnou náladou a nikdy nekončí.
TEXT 2:
This knowledge is the king of education, the most secret of all secrets. It is the purest knowledge, and because it gives direct perception of the self by realization, it is the perfection of religion. It is everlasting, and it is joyfully performed.
VERŠ 3:
Tí, ktorým, sa nedostáva viery v oddanú službu, Ma nedosiahnu, ó, hubiteľ nepriateľov, a preto sa vracajú na cestu rodenia sa a smrti v hmotnom svete.
TEXT 3:
Those who are not faithful in this devotional service cannot attain Me, O conqueror of enemies. Therefore they return to the path of birth and death in this material world.
VERŠ 4:
Vo Svojej neprejavenej podobe prenikám celým vesmírom. Všetky bytosti sú vo Mne, ale Ja nie som v nich.
TEXT 4:
By Me, in My unmanifested form, this entire universe is pervaded. All beings are in Me, but I am not in them.
VERŠ 5:
A predsa vo Mne nespočíva všetko, čo je stvorené. Pohľaď na Moju neuveriteľnú moc! Aj keď som udržovateľom všetkých živých tvorov a zároveň som všade, nie som časťou tohoto vesmírneho stvorenia, pretože Moje Ja je jeho zdrojom.
TEXT 5:
And yet everything that is created does not rest in Me. Behold My mystic opulence! Although I am the maintainer of all living entities and although I am everywhere, I am not a part of this cosmic manifestation, for My Self is the very source of creation.
VERŠ 6:
Vedz, že tak, ako mocný vietor stále sídli v priestore a fúka všetkými smermi, spočívajú vo Mne všetky stvorené bytosti.
TEXT 6:
Understand that as the mighty wind, blowing everywhere, rests always in the sky, all created beings rest in Me.
VERŠ 7:
Na konci veku vstúpi celé hmotné stvorenie do Mojej podstaty, ó, syn Kuntī, a na počiatku nového veku ho opäť stvorím.
TEXT 7:
O son of Kuntī, at the end of the millennium all material manifestations enter into My nature, and at the beginning of another millennium, by My potency, I create them again.
VERŠ 8:
Znovu a znovu tvorím túto hmotnú prírodu, ktorá Mi podlieha a ktorú na konci zničím.
TEXT 8:
The whole cosmic order is under Me. Under My will it is automatically manifested again and again, and under My will it is annihilated at the end.
VERŠ 9:
Ó, Dhanañjaya, žiadna z týchto činností Ma nepúta a nikdy na nich nelipnem; spočívam akoby ľahostajne.
TEXT 9:
O Dhanañjaya, all this work cannot bind Me. I am ever detached from all these material activities, seated as though neutral.
VERŠ 10:
Táto hmotná príroda, ktorá je jednou z Mojich energií, jedná pod Mojím dohľadom a vydáva všetko pohyblivé i nehybné. Z tohto dôvodu, ó, syn Kuntī, je tento svet opätovne tvorený a ničený.
TEXT 10:
This material nature, which is one of My energies, is working under My direction, O son of Kuntī, producing all moving and nonmoving beings. Under its rule this manifestation is created and annihilated again and again.
VERŠ 11:
Hlupáci sa Mi vysmievajú, keď zostúpim v ľudskej podobe, pretože nepoznajú Moju transcendentálnu povahu zvrchovaného Pána nad všetkým, čo jestvuje.
TEXT 11:
Fools deride Me when I descend in the human form. They do not know My transcendental nature as the Supreme Lord of all that be.
VERŠ 12:
Tých, ktorí sú takto poblúznení, priťahujú démonské a ateistické názory. V takom zmätenom postavení nemajú nádej na oslobodenie a ich plodonosné činnosti a kultivácia poznania sú zmarené.
TEXT 12:
Those who are thus bewildered are attracted by demonic and atheistic views. In that deluded condition, their hopes for liberation, their fruitive activities, and their culture of knowledge are all defeated.
VERŠ 13:
No veľké duše, ktoré nie sú poblúznené, ó, syn Pṛthy, sú pod ochranou božskej prirodzenosti. Plne sa zamestnávajú v oddanej službe, pretože Ma poznajú ako pôvodnú a nezanikajúcu Najvyššiu Božskú Osobnosť.
TEXT 13:
O son of Pṛthā, those who are not deluded, the great souls, are under the protection of the divine nature. They are fully engaged in devotional service because they know Me as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, original and inexhaustible.
VERŠ 14:
Tieto veľké duše Ma neustále velebia, s veľkou odhodlanosťou sa snažia, vzdávajú Mi svoje poklony a bez ustania Ma oddane uctievajú.
TEXT 14:
Always chanting My glories, endeavoring with great determination, bowing down before Me, these great souls perpetually worship Me with devotion.
VERŠ 15:
A iní, ktorí prinášajú obeť kultiváciou poznania, uctievajú Mňa, Najvyššieho Pána, ako celok, rozmanitosť v mnohých a vo vesmírnej podobe.
TEXT 15:
Others, who engage in sacrifice by the cultivation of knowledge, worship the Supreme Lord as the one without a second, as diverse in many, and in the universal form.
VERŠ 16:
Ja som obrad, obeť, obetný podiel predkom, liečivá rastlina a posvätná modlitba. Ja som maslo, oheň a obetovanie.
TEXT 16:
But it is I who am the ritual, I the sacrifice, the offering to the ancestors, the healing herb, the transcendental chant. I am the butter and the fire and the offering.
VERŠ 17:
Ja som otcom tohoto vesmíru, matkou, stvoriteľom a praotcom. Som tým, čo má byť poznané, čo očisťuje a som slabikou oṁ. Ja som Ṛg Veda, Sāma Veda a Yajur Veda.
TEXT 17:
I am the father of this universe, the mother, the support and the grandsire. I am the object of knowledge, the purifier and the syllable oṁ. I am also the Ṛg, the Sāma and the Yajur Vedas.
VERŠ 18:
Ja som cieľ, udržovateľ, pán, svedok, príbytok, útočisko a najdrahší priateľ. Som vznik a zánik, základ všetkého, miesto spočinutia a večné semeno.
TEXT 18:
I am the goal, the sustainer, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the annihilation, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed.
VERŠ 19:
Vydávam teplo, zadržujem a zosielam dážď. Som nesmrteľnosť a som tiež zosobnená smrť. Ako hmota, tak aj duchovno sú vo Mne, ó, Arjuna.
TEXT 19:
O Arjuna, I give heat, and I withhold and send forth the rain. I am immortality, and I am also death personified. Both spirit and matter are in Me.
VERŠ 20:
Znalci Ved, ktorí pijú šťavu soma a túžia po živote na nebeských planétach, Ma uctievajú nepriamo. Po očistení sa od následkov za hriešne činnosti sa narodia medzi zbožnými na nebeskej planéte kráľa Indru, kde sa tešia božským pôžitkom.
TEXT 20:
Those who study the Vedas and drink the soma juice, seeking the heavenly planets, worship Me indirectly. Purified of sinful reactions, they take birth on the pious, heavenly planet of Indra, where they enjoy godly delights.
VERŠ 21:
Keď okúsia chuť nebeských zmyslových pôžitkov a vyčerpajú výsledky svojich zbožných činností, vrátia sa opäť do sveta smrteľníkov. Ľudia túžiaci po ukojení svojich žiadostí dodržiavaním zásad troch Ved, tak získajú iba opätovné rodenie sa a smrť.
TEXT 21:
When they have thus enjoyed vast heavenly sense pleasure and the results of their pious activities are exhausted, they return to this mortal planet again. Thus those who seek sense enjoyment by adhering to the principles of the three Vedas achieve only repeated birth and death.
VERŠ 22:
No tým, ktorí Ma neustále uctievajú s čistou oddanosťou a rozjímajú o Mojej transcendentálnej podobe, prinášam to, čo im chýba, a zachovávam to, čo majú.
TEXT 22:
But those who always worship Me with exclusive devotion, meditating on My transcendental form – to them I carry what they lack, and I preserve what they have.
VERŠ 23:
Tí, ktorí sú oddaní rôznym polobohom a uctievajú ich s vierou, uctievajú v skutočnosti iba Mňa, ó, syn Kuntī, no nesprávne.
TEXT 23:
Those who are devotees of other gods and who worship them with faith actually worship only Me, O son of Kuntī, but they do so in a wrong way.
VERŠ 24:
Pôžitky všetkých obetí patria Mne a Ja som ich pánom. Preto poklesnú tí, ktorí nepoznajú Moju skutočnú transcendentálnu povahu.
TEXT 24:
I am the only enjoyer and master of all sacrifices. Therefore, those who do not recognize My true transcendental nature fall down.
VERŠ 25:
Tí, ktorí uctievajú polobohov, sa narodia medzi polobohmi, k predkom spejú tí, ktorí uctievajú predkov. Tí, čo uctievajú duchov, sa narodia medzi takými bytosťami, a tí, ktorí uctievajú Mňa, budú žiť so Mnou.
TEXT 25:
Those who worship the demigods will take birth among the demigods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits will take birth among such beings; and those who worship Me will live with Me.
VERŠ 26:
Keď Mi niekto obetuje s láskou a oddanosťou lístok, kvet, ovocie alebo vodu, prijmem to.
TEXT 26:
If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water, I will accept it.
VERŠ 27:
Nech konáš čokoľvek, nech ješ čokoľvek, nech obetuješ alebo daruješ čokoľvek a nech vykonávaš akékoľvek pokánia, ó, syn Kuntī, vždy to konaj ako obeť Mne.
TEXT 27:
Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform – do that, O son of Kuntī, as an offering to Me.
VERŠ 28:
Takto budeš oslobodený z pút činov, nech už sú ich plody dobré či zlé. S touto yogou odriekania a s mysľou upretou na Mňa sa oslobodíš a prídeš ku Mne.
TEXT 28:
In this way you will be freed from bondage to work and its auspicious and inauspicious results. With your mind fixed on Me in this principle of renunciation, you will be liberated and come to Me.
VERŠ 29:
Nikomu nezávidím a nikomu nie som naklonený. Som rovnaký ku všetkým. No ten, kto Mi slúži s oddanosťou, je priateľ, je vo Mne a aj Ja som Jeho priateľom.
TEXT 29:
I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me, and I am also a friend to him.
VERŠ 30:
Dokonca aj človek, ktorý sa dopustil najohavnejšieho činu, by mal byť považovaný za svätého, ak Mi oddane slúži, pretože je správne umiestnený vo svojom snažení.
TEXT 30:
Even if one commits the most abominable action, if he is engaged in devotional service he is to be considered saintly because he is properly situated in his determination.
VERŠ 31:
Veľmi rýchlo sa napraví a dosiahne večného mieru. Ó, syn Kuntī, smelo vyhlás, že Moji oddaní nikdy nezaniknú.
TEXT 31:
He quickly becomes righteous and attains lasting peace. O son of Kuntī, declare it boldly that My devotee never perishes.
VERŠ 32:
Ó, syn Pṛthy, každý, kto sa ku Mne uchýli, hoci aj nižšieho rodu — ženy, vaiśyovia (obchodníci) a śūdrovia (robotníci) — môže dosiahnuť najvyššieho cieľa.
TEXT 32:
O son of Pṛthā, those who take shelter in Me, though they be of lower birth – women, vaiśyas [merchants] and śūdras [workers] – can attain the supreme destination.
VERŠ 33:
Tým skôr cnostní brāhmaṇi, oddaní a svätí králi. Keď si už teda prišiel na tento nestály, strastiplný svet, láskyplne Mi slúž.
TEXT 33:
How much more this is so of the righteous brāhmaṇas, the devotees and the saintly kings. Therefore, having come to this temporary, miserable world, engage in loving service unto Me.
VERŠ 34:
Vždy na Mňa mysli, staň sa Mojím oddaným, vzdávaj Mi svoje poklony a uctievaj Ma. Takto plne pohrúžený vo Mne, určite ku Mne dôjdeš.“
TEXT 34:
Engage your mind always in thinking of Me, become My devotee, offer obeisances to Me and worship Me. Being completely absorbed in Me, surely you will come to Me.
