Translation
La Suprema Personalidad de Dios aseguró a Prahlāda Mahārāja: Allí podrás verme en Mi forma habitual, con la caracola, el disco, la maza y el loto en las manos. Debido a la felicidad trascendental que sentirás por verme siempre en persona, ya no te enredarás más en actividades fruitivas.
The Supreme Personality of Godhead assured Prahlāda Mahārāja: You shall be able to see Me there in My usual feature with conchshell, disc, club and lotus in My hand. Because of your transcendental bliss due to always personally seeing Me, you will have no further bondage to fruitive activities.

Purport
Karma-bandha, el cautiverio de las actividades fruitivas, lleva implícito el ciclo de nacimientos y muertes. Realizamos actividades fruitivas, y de ese modo nos creamos otro cuerpo para la siguiente vida. Mientras estemos apegados a las actividades fruitivas, tendremos que recibir más cuerpos materiales. Esa repetida aceptación de cuerpos materiales se denomina saṁsāra-bandhana. Para ponerle fin, se aconseja al devoto que vea al Señor constantemente. Por esa razón, alkaniṣṭha-adhikārī, o devoto neófito, se le aconseja que visite el templo cada día y que vea con frecuencia la forma del Señor. De ese modo, el devoto neófito puede liberarse del cautiverio de las actividades fruitivas.
Karma-bandha, the bondage of fruitive activities, entails the repetition of birth and death. One performs fruitive activities in such a way that he creates another body for his next life. As long as one is attached to fruitive activities, he must accept another material body. This repeated acceptance of material bodies is called saṁsāra-bandhana. To stop this, a devotee is advised to see the Supreme Lord constantly. The kaniṣṭha-adhikārī, or neophyte devotee, is therefore advised to visit the temple every day and see the form of the Lord regularly. Thus the neophyte devotee can be freed from the bondage of fruitive activities.
