Translation

En la montaña Trikūṭa hay muchos lagos y ríos, con playas cubiertas de joyas pequeñas como granos de arena. Las aguas son tan claras como el cristal, y, cuando las muchachas celestiales se bañan en ellas, el agua y la brisa quedan impregnadas de la fragancia de sus cuerpos, que enriquece toda la atmósfera.

Trikūṭa Mountain has many lakes and rivers, with beaches covered by small gems resembling grains of sand. The water is as clear as crystal, and when the demigod damsels bathe in it, their bodies lend fragrance to the water and the breeze, thus enriching the atmosphere.

Purport

Incluso en el mundo material hay muchas clases de entidades vivientes. En la Tierra, los seres humanos suelen ocultar el mal olor de su cuerpo rociándose con perfumes; sin embargo, en este verso vemos que las muchachas celestiales perfuman con la fragancia de sus cuerpos los ríos, los lagos, la brisa, y toda la atmósfera de la montaña Trikūṭa. Si los cuerpos de las muchachas de los sistemas planetarios superiores son tan hermosos, nos es difícil imaginar la gran belleza corporal de las muchachas de Vaikuṇṭha, o de las muchachas de Vṛndāvana, las gopīs.

Even in the material world, there are many grades of living entities. The human beings on earth generally cover themselves with external fragrances to stop their bad bodily odors, but here we find that because of the bodily fragrance of the demigod damsels, the rivers, the lakes, the breeze and the entire atmosphere of Trikūṭa Mountain also become fragrant. Since the bodies of the damsels in the upper planetary systems are so beautiful, we can just imagine how beautifully formed are the bodies of the Vaikuṇṭha damsels or the damsels in Vṛndāvana, the gopīs.
