tribhiḥ śṛṅgaiḥ payo-nidhim
diśaḥ khaṁ rocayann āste
raupyāyasa-hiraṇmayaiḥ

anyaiś ca kakubhaḥ sarvā
ratna-dhātu-vicitritaiḥ
nānā-druma-latā-gulmair
nirghoṣair nirjharāmbhasām

Translation

La montaña mide también ciento treinta mil kilómetros de largo y de ancho. Sus tres picos principales están hechos de hierro, de plata y de oro, e irradian belleza por el cielo y en todas las direcciones. La montaña tiene también otros picos, llenos de joyas y minerales y adornados con frondosos árboles, enredaderas y arbustos. El sonido de las cataratas crea en ella una agradable vibración. Así, la montaña se alza aumentando la belleza del lugar en todas direcciones.

The length and breadth of the mountain are of the same measurement [eighty thousand miles]. Its three principal peaks, which are made of iron, silver and gold, beautify all directions and the sky. The mountain also has other peaks, which are full of jewels and minerals and are decorated with nice trees, creepers and shrubs. The sounds of the waterfalls on the mountain create a pleasing vibration. In this way the mountain stands, increasing the beauty of all directions.
