Translation

A pesar de haber perdido un brazo, el iracundo Vṛtrāsura se abalanzó hacia el rey Indra y le golpeó en la mandíbula con una maza de hierro. También golpeó a su elefante. Debido al impacto, a Indra se le cayó el rayo de la mano.

Although one of his arms was severed from his body, Vṛtrāsura angrily approached King Indra and struck him on the jaw with an iron mace. He also struck the elephant that carried Indra. Thus Indra dropped the thunderbolt from his hand.
