Translation

A continuación se manifestaron las dos manos de la forma universal del Señor, y con ellas, la capacidad de sujetar y soltar cosas; a continuación, apareció el Señor Indra. Seguidamente se manifestaron las piernas, y con ellas el proceso del movimiento; luego, apareció el Señor Viṣṇu.

Thereafter the two hands of the universal form of the Lord became manifested, and with them the power of grasping and dropping things, and after that Lord Indra appeared. Next the legs became manifested, and with them the process of movement, and after that Lord Viṣṇu appeared.

Significado

Purport

La deidad regente de las manos en Indra, y Viṣṇu, la Suprema Personalidad de Dios, rige el movimiento. Viṣṇu apareció con la aparición de las piernas del virāṭ-puruṣa.

The deity presiding over the hands is Indra, and the presiding deity of movement is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Viṣṇu. Viṣṇu appeared on the appearance of the legs of the virāṭ-puruṣa.
