Translation

Śānti se la entregó a Atharvā. Gracias a Śānti, las ceremonias de sacrificio se ejecutan correctamente. De este modo casó a los más eminentes entre los brāhmaṇas, y les proveyó de todo lo que ellos y sus esposas pudieran necesitar.

He delivered Śānti to Atharvā. Because of Śānti, sacrificial ceremonies are well performed. Thus he got the foremost brāhmaṇas married, and he maintained them along with their wives.
