Translation

Las percepciones sensoriales se crean en la tercera creación, y a partir de estas se generan los elementos. La cuarta creación es la creación del conocimiento y de la capacidad de trabajo.

The sense perceptions are created in the third creation, and from these the elements are generated. The fourth creation is the creation of knowledge and of working capacity.
