sarva-kāma-varasyāpi
hareś caraṇa āspadam

Translation

Así pues, los pasos que el Señor da hacia adelante son el refugio de los planetas superiores, de los planetas inferiores y de los planetas celestiales, así como de todo lo que necesitamos. Sus pies de loto sirven de protección de toda clase de temores.

Thus the forward steps of the Lord are the shelter for the upper, lower and heavenly planets, as well as for all that we need. His lotus feet serve as protection from all kinds of fear.

Purport

Para lograr una protección absoluta de todas las clases de temor, así como para satisfacer todas las necesidades que tenemos en la vida, debemos refugiarnos en los pies de loto del Señor, no solo en este planeta, sino también en todos los planetas superiores, inferiores y celestiales. Esa dependencia absoluta en los pies de loto del Señor se denomina servicio devocional puro, y se sugiere directamente en este pasaje. Nadie debe tener ninguna clase de duda en cuanto a esto, ni tampoco debe uno sentir inclinación por buscar la ayuda de ningún semidiós, debido a que todos ellos dependen tan solo de Él. Todo el mundo, a excepción del propio Señor, depende de la misericordia del Señor; incluso la omnipresente Superalma depende también del supremo aspecto de Bhagavān, la Personalidad de Dios.

For absolute protection from all sorts of fear, as well as for all our needs of life, we must take shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord, not only in this planet but also in all the upper, lower and heavenly planets. This absolute dependence on the lotus feet of the Lord is called pure devotional service, and it is directly hinted at within this passage. No one should have any kind of doubt in this matter, nor should one be inclined to seek the help of any other demigods, because all of them are dependent on Him only. Everyone, except the Lord Himself, is dependent on the mercy of the Lord; even the all-pervading Supersoul is also dependent on the supreme aspect of Bhagavān, the Personality of Godhead.
