Translation
En la decimoquinta encarnación, el Señor asumió la forma de un brāhmaṇa enano [Vāmana] y visitó la arena de sacrificio establecida por Mahārāja Bali. Aunque en el fondo estaba deseando recuperar el reino de los tres sistemas planetarios, Él únicamente pidió una donación de tres pasos de tierra.
In the fifteenth incarnation, the Lord assumed the form of a dwarf brāhmaṇa [Vāmana] and visited the arena of sacrifice arranged by Mahārāja Bali. Although at heart He was willing to regain the kingdom of the three planetary systems, He simply asked for a donation of three steps of land.

El Todopoderoso Dios puede otorgarle a cualquiera el reino del universo a partir de un diminuto comienzo, y, de forma similar, puede quitar el reino del universo bajo el pretexto de mendigar un pequeño pedazo de tierra.
The almighty God can bestow upon anyone the kingdom of the universe from a very small beginning, and similarly He can take away the kingdom of the universe on the plea of begging a small piece of land.
