Translation

Así pues, por indicación de Mahārāja Parīkṣit, el hijo de Uttarā, a la personalidad de Kali se le permitió vivir en esos cinco lugares.​​​​​​​

Thus the personality of Kali, by the directions of Mahārāja Parīkṣit, the son of Uttarā, was allowed to live in those five places.

Purport

De modo que la era de Kali comenzó con la introducción del patrón oro, y, en consecuencia, la falsedad, la embriaguez, la matanza de animales y la prostitución han proliferado por el mundo entero, y la gente más cuerda está ansiosa de eliminar la corrupción. Thus the Age of Kali began with gold standardization, and therefore falsity, intoxication, animal slaughter and prostitution are rampant all over the world, and the saner section is eager to drive out corruption. The counteracting process is suggested above, and everyone can take advantage of this suggestion.
