Translation

«“Quien sirve al gobierno pero se apropia indebidamente de las rentas estatales, merece el castigo del rey. Ése es el veredicto de todas las Escrituras reveladas.

“ ‘One who serves the government but misappropriates the government’s revenue is liable to be punished by the king. That is the verdict of all revealed scriptures.
