jagannātha ratha-yātrāya ha-ibena bāhira
tāṅra ratha-cākāya chāḍimu ei śarīra

Translation

«Durante el festival de Ratha-yātrā, cuando el Señor Jagannātha sale del templo, abandonaré el cuerpo bajo la rueda de Su carro.

“During the Ratha-yātrā festival, when Lord Jagannātha comes out of the temple, I shall give up this body under the wheel of His car.
