Translation

Del mismo modo en que el viento no puede llevarse más que una gota de agua del océano, la entidad viviente no puede tocar más que una partícula del océano del amor por Kṛṣṇa.

As the wind can carry away but a drop of the water in the ocean, a living entity can touch only a particle of the ocean of love of Kṛṣṇa.
