Translation
Ofrezco mis respetuosas reverencias al maestro espiritual del mundo entero, Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Mahāprabhu, por cuya misericordia hasta un perro puede cruzar a nado un gran océano.
Let me offer my respectful obeisances unto the spiritual master of the entire world, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Mahāprabhu, by whose mercy even a dog can swim across a great ocean.

A veces puede verse a algún perro que nada en el agua unos pocos metros y se vuelve enseguida a la orilla. Aquí, sin embargo, se dice que si un perro recibe la bendición de Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, puede cruzar un océano a nado. Análogamente, el autor del Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Kṛṣṇadāsa Kavirāja Gosvāmī, colocándose en una situación de desamparo, declara que, personalmente, no tiene poder alguno, pero que por el deseo de Śrī Caitanya, expresado por medio de los vaiṣṇavas y del vigraha de Madana-mohana, le será posible cruzar un océano trascendental para presentar el Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta.
Sometimes it is to be seen that a dog can swim in the water for a few yards and then come back to the shore. Here, however, it is stated that if a dog is blessed by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, he can swim across an ocean. Similarly, the author of Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Kṛṣṇadāsa Kavirāja Gosvāmī, placing himself in a helpless condition, states that he has no personal power, but by the desire of Lord Caitanya, expressed through the Vaiṣṇavas and the Madana-mohana vigraha, it is possible for him to cross a transcendental ocean to present Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta.
