Translation

Cubierto sin cesar de gérmenes, y con insectos que le picaban por todo el cuerpo, Gopāla Cāpāla sufría de un modo insoportable. Todo su cuerpo ardía de dolor.

Incessantly covered with germs and insects biting him all over his body, Gopāla Cāpāla felt unbearable pain. His entire body burned in distress.
