Translation

Se ha concluido con toda seguridad que los sentimientos extáticos de las gopīs sólo son posibles ante Kṛṣṇa, y nadie más.

It is firmly concluded that the ecstatic mood of the gopīs is possible only before Kṛṣṇa, and no one else.
