Translation

«En los Vedas y Purāṇas hay ciertos mandatos por los cuales, si se puede hacer revivir a un entidad viviente, se la puede matar con un propósito experimental.

“In the Vedas and Purāṇas there are injunctions declaring that if one can revive a living being, one can kill it for experimental purposes.
