Translation
Aunque Él es quien mantiene el universo entero, una vez el Señor Se sentó sobre unas cacerolas que habían tirado a la fosa en la que se echaban los restos de alimentos tras haberlas empleado para cocinar.
Although He is the maintainer of the entire universe, once the Lord sat upon some rejected pots in the pit where the remnants of food were thrown, after the pots had been used for cooking.

Antiguamente, era costumbre entre los brāhmaṇas adorar al Señor Viṣṇu en la propia casa todos los días y cocinar alimentos en cacerolas nuevas. Este sistema es aún vigente en Jagannātha Purī. Los alimentos se cocinaban en cazuelas de barro nuevas y, después de guisar en ellas, se tiraban. Al lado de la casa, solía haber una gran fosa en la que se tiraban aquellas cazuelas. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu Se sentó encima de las cazuelas, tan contento, sólo para instruir a Su madre.
Formerly it was the custom of brāhmaṇas to worship Lord Viṣṇu daily at home and cook food in new pots. This system is still going on in Jagannātha Purī. The food would be cooked in earthen pots, all fresh and new, and after cooking, the pots would be thrown away. By the side of the house there was generally a big pit where such pots were thrown. Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu sat down on the pots very pleasingly, just to give His mother a lesson.
