udārāḥ sarva evaite
jñānī tv ātmaiva me matam
āsthitaḥ sa hi yuktātmā
mām evānuttamāṁ gatim

Translation

Todos estos devotos son indudablemente almas magnánimas, pero aquel que está situado en el plano del conocimiento acerca de Mí, Yo considero que es tal como Mi propio ser. Como él está dedicado a Mi trascendental servicio, es seguro que llegará a Mí, lo cual es la meta más elevada y perfecta de todas.

All these devotees are undoubtedly magnanimous souls, but he who is situated in knowledge of Me I consider to be just like My own self. Being engaged in My transcendental service, he is sure to attain Me, the highest and most perfect goal.

Purport

No ha de creerse que los devotos que tienen un conocimiento menos completo no le son queridos al Señor. El Señor dice que todos son magnánimos, porque a cualquiera que acuda al Señor con cualquier propósito, se lo llama mahātmā, o gran alma. El Señor acepta a los devotos que quieren algún beneficio del servicio devocional, porque hay un intercambio de afecto. Por afecto, ellos le piden al Señor algún beneficio material, y cuando lo obtienen se satisfacen tanto, que también progresan en el servicio devocional. Pero el devoto que tiene pleno conocimiento se considera que es muy querido por el Señor, porque su único propósito es el de servir al Señor Supremo con amor y devoción. Esa clase de devoto no puede vivir ni un segundo sin estar en contacto con el Señor Supremo o sin prestarle servicio. De igual manera, el Señor Supremo quiere mucho a Su devoto y no puede estar separado de él.

It is not that devotees who are less complete in knowledge are not dear to the Lord. The Lord says that all are magnanimous because anyone who comes to the Lord for any purpose is called a mahātmā, or great soul. The devotees who want some benefit out of devotional service are accepted by the Lord because there is an exchange of affection. Out of affection they ask the Lord for some material benefit, and when they get it they become so satisfied that they also advance in devotional service. But the devotee in full knowledge is considered to be very dear to the Lord because his only purpose is to serve the Supreme Lord with love and devotion. Such a devotee cannot live a second without contacting or serving the Supreme Lord. Similarly, the Supreme Lord is very fond of His devotee and cannot be separated from him.

sādhavo hṛdayaṁ mahyaṁ
sādhūnāṁ hṛdayaṁ tv aham
mad-anyat te na jānanti
nāhaṁ tebhyo manāg api

«Los devotos siempre están en Mi corazón, y Yo siempre estoy en el corazón de los devotos. El devoto no conoce nada aparte de Mí, y en lo que a Mí respecta, Yo no puedo olvidar al devoto. Existe una relación muy íntima entre los devotos puros y Yo. Los devotos puros que tienen pleno conocimiento nunca dejan de estar en contacto con lo espiritual, y, en consecuencia, son muy queridos por Mí».

“The devotees are always in My heart, and I am always in the hearts of the devotees. The devotee does not know anything beyond Me, and I also cannot forget the devotee. There is a very intimate relationship between Me and the pure devotees. Pure devotees in full knowledge are never out of spiritual touch, and therefore they are very much dear to Me.”
