Traducción
O Mahārāja Parīkṣit, Yayāti similarly requested his sons Turvasu, Druhyu and Anu to exchange their youth for his old age, but because they were unaware of religious principles, they thought that their flickering youth was eternal, and therefore they refused to carry out their father’s order.
¡Oh, Mahārāja Parīkṣit!, Yayāti acudió también a sus hijos Turvasu, Druhyu y Anu para pedirles que le cambiaran la juventud por su vejez, pero ellos, que no eran conscientes de los principios religiosos, pensaban que su efímera juventud iba a ser eterna, y se negaron a cumplir la orden de su padre.
