Translation
Traducción
The inhabitants of Vaitālika-loka said: Dear Lord, because of chanting Your spotless glories in great assemblies and arenas of sacrifice, we were accustomed to great respect from everyone. This demon, however, usurped that position. Now, to our great fortune, You have killed this great demon, exactly as one cures a chronic disease.
Los habitantes de Vaitālika-loka dijeron: Querido Señor, nosotros cantábamos Tus glorias inmaculadas en grandes asambleas y sacrificios, de modo que estábamos acostumbrados a recibir el respeto de todos. Sin embargo, ese demonio usurpó nuestra posición. Ahora nos has hecho muy afortunados, pues, del mismo modo que se cura una enfermedad crónica, has matado a ese gran demonio.
