दुरन्तयास्पृष्टमति: समस्तद‍ृक् ।
तया हतात्मस्वनुकर्मचेत:-
स्वनुग्रहं कर्तुमिहार्हसि प्रभो ॥ ४९ ॥

durantayāspṛṣṭa-matiḥ samasta-dṛk
tayā hatātmasv anukarma-cetaḥsv
anugrahaṁ kartum ihārhasi prabho

Translation

Traducción

My dear lord, you are never bewildered by the formidable influence of the illusory energy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Therefore you are omniscient and should be merciful and compassionate toward those who are bewildered by the same illusory energy and are very much attached to fruitive activities.

Mi querido señor, tú nunca quedas confundido bajo la formidable influencia de la energía ilusoria de la Suprema Personalidad de Dios. Por esa razón, eres omnisciente y debes ser misericordioso y compasivo con aquellos que, confundidos por esa misma energía ilusoria, están muy apegados a las actividades fruitivas.

Significado

A Vaiṣṇava is never bewildered by the influence of the external energy because he is engaged in the transcendental loving service of the Lord. The Lord states in Bhagavad-gītā (7.14):

Como está ocupado en el servicio amoroso trascendental del Señor, el vaiṣṇava nunca se confunde por influencia de la energía externa. El Señor afirma en el Bhagavad-gītā (7.14):

daivī hy eṣā guṇa-mayī
mama māyā duratyayā
mām eva ye prapadyante
māyām etāṁ taranti te

“My divine energy consisting of the three modes of material nature is difficult to overcome. But those who have surrendered unto Me can easily cross beyond it.” A Vaiṣṇava should take care of those who are bewildered by this māyā instead of becoming angry with them, because without a Vaiṣṇava’s mercy they have no way to get out of the clutches of māyā. Those who have been condemned by māyā are rescued by the mercy of devotees:

«Mi energía divina, integrada por las tres modalidades de la naturaleza material, es difícil de superar. Pero aquellos que se han entregado a Mí pueden sobrepasarla fácilmente». El vaiṣṇava, en lugar de irritarse con los que están confundidos por esa māyā, debe cuidar de ellos, pues sin la misericordia de un vaiṣṇava, no tienen manera de salir de las garras de māyā. Los que han sido condenados por māyā, son rescatados gracias a la misericordia de los devotos.

vāñchā-kalpatarubhyaś ca
kṛpā-sindhubhya eva ca
patitānāṁ pāvanebhyo
vaiṣṇavebhyo namo namaḥ

“I offer my respectful obeisances unto all the Vaiṣṇava devotees of the Lord. They are just like desire trees who can fulfill the desires of everyone, and they are full of compassion for the fallen conditioned souls.” Those who are under the influence of the illusory energy are attracted to fruitive activities, but a Vaiṣṇava preacher attracts their hearts to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Śrī Kṛṣṇa.

«Ofrezco mis respetuosas reverencias a todos los devotos vaiṣṇavas del Señor, que son como árboles de deseos que pueden satisfacer los deseos de todos, y están llenos de compasión por las caídas almas condicionadas». Los que están bajo la influencia de la energía ilusoria sienten atracción por las actividades fruitivas, pero el predicador vaiṣṇava atrae sus corazones hacia la Suprema Personalidad de Dios, Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
