Translation
Traducción
O sober Vidura, King Indra, his honor having been insulted, poured water incessantly on Vṛndāvana, and thus the inhabitants of Vraja, the land of cows, were greatly distressed. But the compassionate Lord Kṛṣṇa saved them from danger with His pastime umbrella, the Govardhana Hill.
¡Oh, ecuánime Vidura! El rey Indra, habiendo sido insultado su honor, derramó agua incesantemente sobre Vṛndāvana, y, por ello, los habitantes de Vraja, la tierra de las vacas, se afligieron mucho. Pero el compasivo Śrī Kṛṣṇa los salvó del peligro con Su paraguas de pasatiempo, la colina Govardhana.
