‘kṛṣṇa-nitya-dāsa’ — jīva tāhā bhuli’ gela
ei doṣe māyā tāra galāya bāndhila

kṛṣṇa-nitya-dāsa — eternal servant of Kṛṣṇa; jīva — the living entity; tāhā — that; bhuli’ — forgetting; gela — went; ei doṣe — for this fault; māyā — the material energy; tāra — his; galāya — on the neck; bāndhila — has bound.

kṛṣṇa-nitya-dāsa — věčný Kṛṣṇův služebník; jīva — živá bytost; tāhā — toto; bhuli' — zapomínající; gela — šla; ei doṣe — za tuto chybu; māyā — hmotná energie; tāra — ji; galāya — za krk; bāndhila — spoutala.

Translation

Překlad

“The living entity is bound around the neck by the chain of māyā because he has forgotten that he is eternally a servant of Kṛṣṇa.

„Protože živá bytost zapomněla na to, že je věčným služebníkem Kṛṣṇy, je kolem krku spoutána řetězem māyi.“
