sṛjāmi tan-niyukto ’haṁ

viśvaṁ puruṣa-rūpeṇa
paripāti tri-śakti-dhṛk

Traducción

“[Lord Brahmā said:] ‘Following the will of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, I create, Lord Śiva destroys, and He Himself in the form of Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu maintains all the affairs of material nature. Thus the supreme controller of the three modes of material nature is Lord Viṣṇu.’

«[El Señor Brahmā dijo:] “Conforme a la voluntad de la Suprema Personalidad de Dios, yo llevo a cabo la creación, el Señor Śiva la destruye y Él mismo, en la forma de Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu, mantiene todos los aspectos de la naturaleza material.
