“O my dear friend, what severe austerities have the gopīs performed to drink His transcendental beauty and sweetness through their eyes in complete fulfillment? Thus they glorify their births, bodies and minds.

«¡Oh, Mi querida amiga!, ¿qué rigurosas austeridades han realizado las gopīs para beber con los ojos, hasta saciarse plenamente, la belleza trascendental y la dulzura de Kṛṣṇa? De ese modo, llenan de gloria su nacimiento, su cuerpo y su mente.
