Traducción

As soon as the beggars chanted the holy name, “Haribol,” they were immediately absorbed in ecstatic love of Godhead. In this way Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu performed wonderful pastimes.

Al cantar el santo nombre, «¡Haribol!», los mendigos quedaron absortos en amor extático por Dios. De ese modo, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu realizó pasatiempos maravillosos.

Purport

Significado

To feel the emotion of ecstatic love of God is to be on the transcendental platform. If one can keep himself in that transcendental position, he will surely return home, back to Godhead. In the spiritual world there are no higher, middle or lower classes. This is confirmed in the Īśopaniṣad (7):

Sentir la emoción del amor extático por Dios significa estar en el plano trascendental. Si podemos mantenernos en esa posición trascendental, tenemos asegurado el regreso al hogar, de vuelta a Dios. En el mundo espiritual no hay clases altas, medias o bajas. Así lo confirma el Īśopaniṣad (7):

yasmin sarvāṇi bhūtāny ātmaivābhūd vijānataḥ
tatra ko mohaḥ kaḥ śoka ekatvam anupaśyataḥ
yasmin sarvāṇi bhūtāny ātmaivābhūd vijānataḥ
tatra ko mohaḥ kaḥ śoka ekatvam anupaśyataḥ

“One who always sees all living entities as spiritual sparks, in quality one with the Lord, becomes a true knower of things. What, then, can be illusion or anxiety for him?”

«Aquel que ve siempre a todas las entidades vivientes como chispas espirituales, cualitativamente unas con el Señor, posee verdadero conocimiento. ¿Qué ilusión o ansiedad podrían afectarle?».
