“yamunāra bhrame tumi samudre paḍilā
samudrera taraṅge āsi, eta dūra āilā!
“йамуна̄ра бхраме туми самудре пад̣ила̄
самудрера таран̇ге а̄си, эта дӯра а̄ила̄!

Translation

Перевод

“You mistook the sea for the Yamunā River,” he said, “and You jumped into it. You have been carried this far by the waves of the sea.

«Ты принял океан за Ямуну, — сказал Сварупа Дамодара, — и прыгнул в него. Океанские волны подхватили Тебя и унесли в такую даль».
