Translation

Translation

Således tænker den dæmoniske person: “Så megen rigdom ejer jeg i dag, og ifølge mine planer vil jeg få endnu mere. Så meget er mit nu, og i fremtiden vil det forøges mere og mere. Han var min fjende, og jeg har slået ham ihjel, og mine andre fjender vil også blive dræbt. Jeg er herskeren over alting. Jeg er nyderen. Jeg er perfekt, mægtig og lykkelig. Jeg er den rigeste mand og er omgivet af aristokratiske slægtninge. Ingen er så magtfuld og lykkelig som jeg. Jeg vil udføre offerhandlinger, jeg vil yde velgørenhed, og således vil jeg nyde livet.” På denne måde forblændes sådanne mennesker af uvidenhed.

The demoniac person thinks: “So much wealth do I have today, and I will gain more according to my schemes. So much is mine now, and it will increase in the future, more and more. He is my enemy, and I have killed him, and my other enemies will also be killed. I am the lord of everything. I am the enjoyer. I am perfect, powerful and happy. I am the richest man, surrounded by aristocratic relatives. There is none so powerful and happy as I am. I shall perform sacrifices, I shall give some charity, and thus I shall rejoice.” In this way, such persons are deluded by ignorance.
