Endvidere er Jeg det livgivende frø til alle eksistenser, O Arjuna. Der findes intet væsen, bevægeligt eller ubevægeligt, der kan eksistere uden Mig.

Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being – moving or nonmoving – that can exist without Me.

FORKLARING: Alt har en årsag, og denne årsag eller dette frø til manifestation er Kṛṣṇa. Uden Kṛṣṇas energi kan intet eksistere. Derfor kaldes Han almægtig. Uden Hans kraft kan hverken det bevægelige eller det ubevægelige eksistere. Enhver form for eksistens, der ikke er baseret på Kṛṣṇas energi, kaldes māyā, “det, der ikke er”.

Everything has a cause, and that cause or seed of manifestation is Kṛṣṇa. Without Kṛṣṇa’s energy, nothing can exist; therefore He is called omnipotent. Without His potency, neither the movable nor the immovable can exist. Whatever existence is not founded on the energy of Kṛṣṇa is called māyā, “that which is not.”
